Spartak-Nalchik FC quit the Championship of the Russian National Football League of 2013/2014 season due to financial problems, according to Kabardino-Balkarian Ministers for Sports and Tourism Aslan Afaunov, ITAR-TASS reports.
Kabardino-Balkarian Acting Leader Yuri Kokov did not allow the club to play due to multi-million debts it owes. Afaunov noted that 90% of players of the club had not shown the required level of skill and did not deserve the salaries they had.
The minister added that a new team will be formed from junior football players in 4-5 years.Afaunov said that 40 mini-fields were built and dozens of fields fixed for football games. Hundreds of young players practice there.
