The Olympic Flame will arrive in Karachay-Cherkessia from Dagestany by helicopter today.
A special ceremony will start at the Nart Stadium in Cherkessk at 12.00 pm.
Murat Ozov, Head of the Olympic Torch Relay, said that 16 bearers will run with the torch, including honorable coaches of Russia, champions of the world, Europe and people with reduced capabilities.
Karachay-Cherkessian Minister for Culture Uali Yevgamukov said that a surprise was ready for the audience.
The Olympic Flame will visit Chechnya next.
