Alania FC (Vladikavkaz) has officially quit the competition for the National Football League Cup and will be replaced by the Khimik FC (Dzerzhinsk), the 12th placed team following the first round, Interfax reports.
Gazovik, Sibir and Yenisey were offered to replace Alania but they rejected the offer. Khimik is ahead of Baltika (Kaliningrad). The Khimik vs. Baltika match in Kaliningrad ended 1:1.
Khimik entered group B. It will now face Torpedo, Shinnik and SKA-Energia.
