Russian fooball coach Yuri Krasnozhan has become the head of the Kazakh national football team, Sports.ru reports.
He signed a contract according to the 2+2 system.
Sayan Khamitzhanov, Vice President of the Kazakh Football Federation, noted that Krasnozhan was skilled in training mid-class players, was a Russian-speaking coach and an experienced tactician.
Krasnozhan’s latest place of work was the Terek FC (Grozny) which he was dismissed from during the Russian Championship season. He has already trained the football clubs of Spartak-Nalchik, Lokomotiv, Anzhi and Kuban.
