Alania FC President Valery Gazzayev said that North Ossetian Leader Taymuraz Mamsurov and Prime Minister Sergey Takoyev had done their best to help Alania FC, but financing of the football club will end, ITAR-TASS reports.
He added that members of the club will find new teams to play with. Some of them will join the second division of the Alania-D team.
Gazzayev noted that the system of junior sports schools operating under the Ministry for Youth and Sports will stay.
The disbanding of Alania FC was announced yesterday.
