Boris Zverev, spokesman of RusHydro, said that the company fulfilled all its financial obligations towards the Alania FC (Vladikavkaz), R-sport reports.
Zverev noted that the club had failed to change its format to be managed as a business asset. He added that RusHydro had not incurred any obligations to finance Alania until 2020.
