Darya Domracheva (Belarus) took the gold in the biathlon women’s mass start at the Sochi Olympics on February 17, becoming thrice Olympic Champion of Sochi, Interfax reports.
Gabriela Soukalová (Czech Republic) won silver, Tiril Eckhoff (Norway) won bronze, Olga Vilukhina (Russia) was 22nd.
Domracheva won gold medals in biathlon women’s pursuit and biathlon women’s individual. Overall, she became the most award-winning athletes in the history of post-Soviet Belarus.
