Anzhi FC chief coach Gaji Gajiyev has said that striker Samuel Eto’o, who has good ties with Suleiman Kerimov, may return to the club, Interfax reports.
Gajiyev clarified that it had been discussed at a recent meeting in London when Anzhi had played Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League.
Eto’o was an Anzhi player between August 2011 and August 2013, before joining Chelsea.
