Canada's Marielle Thompson has won the Olympic gold in the women's ski cross at the 2014 Winter Olympics held in Sochi, the BBC reports on Friday.
Thompson's compatriot Kelsey Serwa has taken silver and Sweden's Anna Holmlund has taken bronze.
