Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov proposed awarding the order of merit to Samuel Eto’o, an ex-player of the Anzhi FC, currently playing for Chelsea, Championat.com reports.
The football player said after the victory of Chelsea in a match with Manchester United that he was the first Dagestani to make a hat trick in the English Premier League. Abdulatipov said that Dagestan needed such propaganda.
