Official ticket sales for Formula-1 in Sochi will begin in May, although the first tickets will be sold already on March 4.
"Plans to sell some tickets on March 4 were made, considering the unique experiences during the Olympic Winter Games," the press service of the organizers is quoted by ITAR-TASS.
It was decided to change some technical solutions and the ticketing system in Sochi to take advantage of the infrastructure after the close of the Paralympic Games.
Formula-1 in Sochi will be held on October 10-12.
