Rovnag Abdullayev, President of the Association of Azerbaijani Football Federations, said that a salary limit will be set in Azerbaijani football clubs, 1news.az reports.
The limit will be set for players aged under 23. Clubs exceeding the limit will undergo “severe punishments,” according to the official.
