Russian Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak said that the Sochi Paralympic Games were a success and the International Paralympic Committee gave the Russian Paralympic Committee full control over the Games, Interfax reports.
Philipp Craven, President of the International Paralympic Committee, expressed pride to attend the Games in Sochi.
