The Merani (Martvil) vs. Shukura (Kobuleti) match of the quarter final of the David Kapiani Cup in Samtredia (Georgia) has been cancelled due to an attack of fans on judges, Georgia Online reports.
The scores were 2:2 at the moment of the incident. Merani scored a goal but judges called it off-side. About 200 started cursing and beating judges. The disciplinary committee of the Georgian Football Federation will consider the incident in the near future.
