Vladislav Tretiak, President of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation, has rounded up the IIHF Council in Zurich meeting on March 19-20, Championat.com reports.
The IIHF, in his words, called the Sochi Olympic Ice Hockey Tournament well-organized. Belarus presented a report on preparations for the World Hockey Championship Minsk will host this year.
According to Tretiak, participation of NHL players in the next Olympic Games was not discussed.
