UEFA vice president wants Ukrainian football clubs to finish season

Grigory Surkis, honorary president of the Ukrainian Football Federation and vice president of the UEFA, said that transfer of the football clubs Sevastopol and Tavriya to the Russian Championship had not been discussed yet, Sports.ru reports.

He predicts that the topic would be considered in 2-3 months and decisions would be made basing on regulations. Surkis noted that he had discussed the problem with FIFA President Sepp Blatter and agreed that the two clubs should finish the 2013/2014 season as part of the Ukrainian Premier League.
