Yevgeny Rylov (Russia) and Simone Sabbioni (Italy) both won gold medals for coming to the finish line in the men’s 100m backstroke in 54.24 seconds at the 2014 Youth Olympics in Nanjing (China).Guanyuang Li won a bronze medal (54.56 seconds).It has become the second gold medal of the Russian team.The Nanjing Olympics will continue until August 28.
