Russian president, PM and minister for sport to visit Spartak Stadium

Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Minister for Sport Vitaly Mutko, 10 veterans of FC Spartak (including Yuri Gavrilov, Oleg Romantsev, Georgy Yartsev, Alexander Mirzoyan, Alexey Patamonov and Anatoly Ilyin) will attend the opening of the new Spartak Stadium on September 5, Sports.ru reports.

The stadium will be used for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Putin will be informed about the development of football infrastructure and other stadiums that will be built in 4 years to host the Cup.
