Footballer Solomon Kverkeliya, defender of the Georgian football team and FC Rubin Kazan was named the best player of 2014. Kvirkvelia took the title of the best Georgian mercenary player as well.
Second and third places were taken by Genk’s Belgian midfielder Tornike Okriashvili and Dnepr’s midfielder from Dnepropetrovsk Jabu Kankava, Tass reports. The winners were awarded in Tbilisi.
