The presentation of the Baku European Games in Moscow was organized by the Heydar Aliyev Fund and the Azerbaijani embassy in Russia. Mehriban Aliyeva, the First Lady of Azerbaijan, the head of the Heydar Aliyev Fund, a goodwill ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, the head of the Organizing Committee of the European Games, made an opening speech.
