Azerbaijani becomes European Champion in the 55 to 65 kg free-style wrestling weight category

Azerbaijania national Zhabrail Khasanov became a European Champion in
free-style wrestling, RIA Novosti reports. Magomedmurad Gadzhiev, a
Russian wrestler from Dagestan, received the silver medal.

Earlier, Mahmud Magomedov, an Azerbaijani, earned the gold medal in
the weight category below 55 kg, beating Bulgarian Radoslav Veliky in
the final. Russian Victor Lebedev beat Yuri Ledeniov from Ukraine,
earning him bronze.
