Armenian chess player wins world blitz championship in advance

The Armenian grand master Levon Aronyanhas won the World blitz championship, RIA Novosti reports, citing the website of the Russian Chess Federation.
Aronyan scored 24.5 points and won the tournament in advance.
Second place was taken by the Azerbaijani player Teimur Radzhabov (24 points), third - by Norwegian player Magnus Karlsen (23.5).
