Chechnya proposes holding some separate matches of the Football World
Cup 2018 in Grozny, where a sports complex with a stadium for 30,000
people will open next year, RIA Novosti reports.
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov also said that football is popular in
the republic. He added that thousands of children and teenagers may be
involved with football teams at all levels.
