The governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Tkachyov, has
approved a new version of the construction program of Olympic
facilities and development of Sochi, Yuga.ru reports.
The authorities of Kuban were ordered to make adjustments in the
program with account of the co-financing from January 1, 2011.
Realization of the program was split into two terms: the first from
2009 to 2010 and the second from 2011 to 2013.
The department of the Krasnodar Territory responsible for preparations
for the Winter Olympic Games 2014 reported that the second stage
includes 116 events and requires 83.4 billion rubles.
The total level of refinancing in 2008-2013 is 114.6 billion rubles.
86.7 of the come from the federal budget, 26.3 billion rubles from the
regional budget, 1.5 billion rubles from the city budget.
The program includes realization of 196 events.
