According to the mayor of Tbilisi, Gigi Ugulava, the possibility of organizing The UEFA Europa League final in Tbilisi in 2012 or 2013 was discussed with UEFA president Michel Platini, reports Trend.
At present the city satisfies more than the minimum requirements to host the final and more improvements will be made.
It has been decided to organize a large football event of some kind in Tbilisi. Details will be known later.
