The Tuapse district (Krasnodar territory) signed five agreements worth nearly 3 billion rubles at the International Exhibition MIRIM-2011, held in Cannes (France), Yuga.ru reports.
All projects are designed for resort development. Investors are willing to invest in the residential neighborhoods in the village Dederkoy, towns of Dzhubga and Sosnovy, as well as in the reconstruction of the the waterfront in the Lermontov settlement and the construction of the resort and recreational complex Shepsy.
The International Exhibition of Commercial Real Estate MIPIM-2011 was held in Cannes (France) from 8-11 of March. The delegation of the Krasnodar territory has signed 42 agreements with Russian and foreign investors worth more than 4.6 billion euros.
