North Caucasus starts resort construction

Construction of the first cable way of the North Caucasian Tourism
Cluster is starting in the Arkhyz Gorge of Karachay-Cherkessia. The
village of Romantik will be open for tourists this winter. The project
is worth 6.2 billion rubles. Arkhyz, with its 5 ski resorts, will cost
80 billion rubles.
