The Resorts of the North Caucasus company and the World Wide Fund for Nature – Russia (WWF) have signed a deal on cooperation to protect the environment of the North Caucasus, Yuga.ru reports.
The document was signed by the director general of Resorts of the North Caucasus, Alexey Nevsky, and the director of WWF-Russia, Igor Chestin.
The sides will cooperate in development of tourism and recreation, taking into account ecological standards. They will work on improving legislature, salvation of endangered species and ecosystems in the North Caucasus.
The company and the WWF decided to inform each other on projects being implemented in the region.
