The Young Businessmen Association of Russia (YBAR) and the North Caucasus Resorts Company (NCR) have agreed to cooperate, RIA Dagestan cites the press secretary of the association as saying.
The RNC addressed the coordination council of the YBAR in the NRC. The YBAR Regional Council discussed cooperation at a session attended by officials from related offices and regional offices of the association and the company.
The project for construction of the tourism cluster of the North Caucasus is supported by entrepreneurs of the North Caucasian Federal District and other regions of the country. Deputy Director General of the NCR, Rostivlav Murzagulov, confirmed that state guarantees for investors and benefits of business in the tourism cluster will be granted for both major and minor business.
Young businessmen introduced proposals and ideas for realization of the project. Smolensk businessmen training staff for Black Sea resorts proposed use of their experience in training staff for the North Caucasus tourism cluster. Murzagulov noted that the proposal will not be neglected since the Arkhyz resort will be launched this winter and there is need for staff.
Kamchatka offers technical support for the project. Besides state financing and benefits, stress was put on price formation at resorts, quality of service, regulation of prices for air tickets.
Alexander Khloponin, Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District, expressed support for the cooperation. He also expressed hope that it would be a great impulse for development of the region, as Chairwoman of the coordination council of the Young Businessmen Association of Russia in the North Caucasus, Olga Kutsenko, says.
