Azerbaijan and Georgia need to unite efforts to popularize the South Caucasus Region Georgian Deputy Minister for Economy and Sustainable Development Irakli Matkava said at a hotel investment conference of the CIS and Georgia (iCON), Trend reports.
The deputy minister reminded that Baku is a popular place to mark the New Year for Georgians.
He added that tourism development requires cooperation in protection of environment, cultural places.
