The Russian Ministry for Economic Development has granted the Northern Caucasus Resorts control over the exclusive tourism and recreation zones in the Khunzakhsky District of Dagestan, Alagirsky and Irafsky Districts of North Ossetia and Zelenchuksky District of Karachay-Cherkessia.
The territories will have construction of the Matlas tourism center for 1,700 rooms in Dagestan, Mamison for 36,000 in North Ossetia, Arkhyz for 30,000 in Karachay-Cherkessia.
Management deals for control of other territories of the tourism cluster of the NCFD, Krasnodar Territory and Adygeya are being developed.
