Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that the republic launched the Groznenskoye More project to build a resort.
Kadyrov hopes that Grozny will become a youth center of the Caucasus and the Chernorechye resort would become popular. He praised Magomed-Emin Akhmadov for his work as a supervisor for construction of the resort.
The project includes construction of a park, five-star hotel, Moon park, beeches, boat station, parking, a training center for the Terek FC, football field and a place for rowing competitions.
