The Corporation for Development of the North Caucasus has spent 130 million rubles on the project. Managing Director of the corporation Andrey Katayev said that LeapRus houses had advantages, compared to classic ones.LeapRus complexes will come in the Elbrus day and Elbrus night versions. Elbrus night may house 14 people.The hotel is already servicing visitors. It offers a discount of 30% this year.
