Ilya Umansky, Vice President of the Association of Russian Tour Operators, said that the Association was planning to form a situational center to inform tourists about the situation in Crimea, ITAR-TASS reports.
He noted that Crimean hotels and tour operators offered to reduce prices by 50%. Umansky added that Russians preferred to wait until the situation in Crimea settles.
