Rescuers have saved mountaineers on Elbrus, one of the alpinists fell ill at a height of 5300m and one broke a leg while skiing at a height of about 3000m, Interfax reports.
Two vehicles and 13 rescuers of the Elbrus Highland Search and Rescue Group were involved in saving the first mountaineer. One vehicle and five rescuers were engaged in saving the skier. The latter was taken to Azau for hospitalization on Tyrnyauz.
