Georgia to open second free tourist zone in Anaklia

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili said today that Anaklia will
have a free tourist zone in Anaklia, similar to the one in Kobuleti,
Business Georgia reports. It will also enjoy the same benefits.


However, the president added that an investor who builds a 100-room
hotel will not have to pay fees worth 5 million lari for building a
casino.


He also said that the project includes the construction of an airport.
Saakashvili also noted that investors who conclude construction within
18 months will get tax breaks.
