The free tourist zone in Kobuleti has prolonged the deadline for
submitting bids for constructing hotels. The Ministry of Economy and
Stable Development confirmed the information. The authorities are
giving investors another chance to join the project, the previous
terms expired yesterday, Trend reports.
The officials did not confirm rumors about an investor leaving the
free tourist zone project.
The investors that sign agreements on construction of hotels in the
zone need to fulfill the demands within 15 months.
