"Resorts and Tourism - 2011" exhibition brings Sochi contracts worth 8 bln rubles

More than 80 of the Sochi health resorts have agreed to host guests
for the period of the holiday season this year and have signed
contracts worth 8.5 billion rubles at an exhibition called "Resorts
and Tourism - 2011",  the General Director of "Sochi Exhibitions,"
Yuri Zakharchenko announced today, RIA Novosti reports.

The seventeenth International exhibition "Resorts and Tourism - 2011",
which traditionally opens the new holiday season in Russia, was held
in Sochi from January 11-14 January. It was attended by
representatives of the Black Sea coast, Southern, Central, Siberian,
North-West, Urals, the Far Eastern Federal Districts, the Republic of
Kalmykia as well as by Ukraine, Belarus, Poland and Italy.
