The members of the ‘sleeping’ ISIS cell (terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation) were detained by the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow and Makhachkala. They planned to carry out a series of terrorist attacks in Dagestan, the information center of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee informed.
"On October 13 and 14, four members of the so-called sleeping cell of this criminal organization were detained in Moscow and Makhachkala, all of them are from Dagestan," the report reads.
