The final matches in women's freestyle wrestling were held at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games.
Azerbaijani wrestlers, who won in four weight categories out of eight possible, showed their best. Maria Stadnik (up to 48 kg), Leila Gurbanova (up to 53 kg), Tatyana Omelchenko (up to 60 kg) and Alice Manolova (up to 69 kg) won the gold medals.
