The thick fog that fell on the Russian capital yesterday reduced visibility on the roads to several meters and canceled dozens of flights. A yellow hazard level has been declared. Already being in tension caused by restrictive coronavirus measures, Moscow citizens almost came to believe in conspiracy theories about the artificial origin of the fog, blown up with the help of sprayers. But forecasters explained that the reason for the accumulation of the smallest particles of water in the air was a sharp temperature drop.
