Azerbaijan starts rebuilding in newly won territories
The Azerbaijani government is pushing forward with an ambitious plan to reconstruct the territories that it recently won from Armenia, many of which have been virtually leveled since Azerbaijan lost control of them in the 1990s, Eurasianet writes in the article Azerbaijan starts rebuilding in newly won territories.
