Upheaval in the Middle East

On October 19, in the Christian area of Achrafieh in the central part of Lebanese capital, a car was blown up by a bomb. 8 people died, about a hundred were injured. Among the dead there was intelligence bureau chief of internal security forces of Lebanon, Brigadier General Wisam al-Hassan. During the press conference the retrospective of the situation in the Arab country was demonstrated; a 15-year civil war has recently ended in this country. In addition, during the press conference the situation in Lebanon and in the Middle East in general was analyzed. Russian expert expressed his opinion on the possible consequences of a terrorist attack and on Lebanese involvement in the orbit of the events related to the "Arab Spring" in the neighboring countries.
