Riots in Egypt. New Arab Spring?

Press conference of the Director of the Institute of Oriental studies Vitaly Naumkin: "Anti-presidential riots in Egypt: a new revolution?" Egypt once again rages from popular anger caused by the attempt of the President Mohammed Mursi to give themselves exceptional degree of authority. In the central square of Cairo mass protests are staged by the liberal youth. In some cities, on November 26 and 27 the headquarters "of the Muslim Brotherhood"  were destroyed. In response, Egypt's leading Islamist organizations are going to hold in Cairo on December 1st a massive rally in support of President Mursi. Opposition leaders have found this to be an appeal for the Civil War.
