The second Moscow Festival of Caucasian Peoples' Culture organized by the Russian Congress of the Caucasian Peoples, the government of Moscow, and the fund of Elbrusoid took place in the Izmailovo concert hall. The topic of the event was wedding traditions of the Caucasus peoples.
