Video conference "Glorification of Nazism. Can I remain uninvolved?" Part 1
On November 26, 2012, the UN General Assembly adopted the resolution initiated by Russia in collaboration with 42 other countries, which warns against the glorification of Nazism and forgetting the heinous crimes committed during the Second World War. However, the resolution was not adopted unanimously. Along with EU countries, U.S. and Canada, who voted against it, for some reason, Ukraine, that lost in the Second World War, according to various estimates, from 8 to 10 million of its citizens, decided to abstain from voting.
