All regions of Russia respond to plea to help Syria

Press conference on the public fund-raising campaign to provide humanitarian aid to the Syrian people, organized by the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society. The campaign has collected about 70 tons of food, baby food, medicaments, and more than 2 million rubles in donations. The first batch of the humanitarian aid has been sent to Damascus on April 14. In the coming days, the plane of the Emergency Situations Ministry will deliver the remaining shipment.
