The 4th award ceremony for the International Prize of the CIS “Stars of the Commonwealth” took place in Pashkov House in Moscow. The chairwoman of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Countries Valentina Matvienko, Russian MPs, presidents of universities, the ambassador of Azerbaijan in Russia Polad Byul-Byul Ogly, and officials from the CIS awarded prizes to the winners.
