The 10th International Festival “Moscow Welcomes Friends”

The International Musical Festival “Moscow Welcomes Friends” opened on May 20th in the House of Music.

The International Musical Festival “Moscow Welcomes Friends” opened on May 20th in the House of Music. Vladimir Spivakov gathers young talents from around the world for the 10th time. Musicians, dancers, artistes whose names are famous not only in Russia, but also abroad have taken part in the festival during these years. Traditionally there are many guys from the North and South Caucasus among the participants. Master Spivakov is the president of the International Charity Fund which helps children who are talented in music and visual art. Workshops, concerts, tours and exhibitions are organized for the participants of the festival. Spivokov’s Fund provides support in the sphere of child health, helps orphans, disabled children, orphanages and hospitals.

The Festival will end with a gala concert on June 3rd, in the Grand Hall of MSU.
