Interview with author of the book "Non-Title Destiny: Russian Compatriots in Central Asia" Larisa Khopyorskaya. During the interview, the author shares her point of view on the situation of Russian compatriots in the Central Asian region, on problems and challenges which they face, and offers her view on the reasons for the exodus of the Russian-speaking population. Larissa Khopyorskaya considers that the measures taken are not sufficient to improve the situation of our compatriots. All this is truly alarming and should be the subject of bilateral discussions by followers of Eurasian integration, including political leaders.
